Santon manufacturesspecial parts to customers based on defined physical dimensions,properties and customer supplied part prints. To properly definethe part geometry, tolerances and acceptable properties, a completedescription of the part is required. This information must becompletely detailed at the time of the request. The checklist belowis a guide to supplying the required information.
1.Material Type, if not,select SANTON grade from Standard grade of thisprocedure, taking into consideration necessaryproperties.
b.Part Dimensions andassociated Tolerances.
2.Generate a physicaldescription of the part that fully describes the part, physicalproperties (Hardness, Density, Percent Cobalt, Alloy Components),material type, and associated tolerances.
3.Required quantitiesbased on an expected yearly basis and typical release/ordervolume.
4.Required deliverylead-time.
